By creating an account or using SendVibes you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SendVibes.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to harass, bully, or impersonate other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Every post can be reported from its menu, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content. We review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours. Posted text is screened by automated filters. We may remove content or users at our discretion to keep the community safe.
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant SendVibes a limited license to host and display your content within the app to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
SendVibes displays links and metadata from third parties (e.g. streaming, music, book, and map services). We are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Film and TV data provided by TMDB; music previews by Apple/iTunes and Deezer; book data by Google Books and Open Library; place data by Google. SendVibes is not endorsed or certified by these providers.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendVibes is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
